Child Welfare SA Nelspruit is a no-profit Child Protection Organisation that operates in Nelspruit. We rescue, protect and take care of vulnerable children (abandoned, neglected, exploited and orphaned babies & children).
We focus strongly on family preservation to encourage stable family structures and environments for children to grow and develop within nurturing environments. Our preventative strategies are through family support and empowerment, and awareness campaigns, where we educate and inform the public of issues relevant to safety in families and communities. The main goal of our campaigns is to drive positive change in knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for the protection of children.
